@carlton I've added a UI to schedule the time the daily digest gets sent by https://fediview.com. Hopefully it all makes sense -- I'll probably try to tweak the UI at some point, but this is better than nothing!

Shows the UI for scheduling the time that daily digests get sent by https://fediview.com. Three dropdown, one for the hour, one for the minute in 15-minute increments, and the last for AM/PM.

@carlton I just tested again on production and it looks like it's working as expected for me, but let me know if you run into problems.

I did tweak the text a little bit to make it more clear that the “scheduled time” is approximate. 🚀

Scheduling the time for a daily digest. Now with more context that the time is approximate.
